Terms of Service
Last updated: June 1, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Flyers, a service operated by ARTZY (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Flyers, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
Flyers hosts HTML documents you publish and returns shareable short links
(for example flyers.dev/your-code). You can publish from the CLI,
from an MCP-connected agent, or from the web dashboard, and manage access to
each link (public, password-protected, or expiring).
2. Accounts
You sign in with a third-party provider (such as GitHub or Google). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access token and credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Flyers.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the HTML and other content you publish (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to store, host, and serve Your Content solely to operate the service. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to publish it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Flyers to host or distribute content that:
- is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or violates others’ rights;
- contains malware, phishing, or attempts to harm users or systems;
- distributes spam or runs unauthorised bulk or automated abuse; or
- circumvents the service’s limits, security, or access controls.
We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Beta & availability
Flyers is currently offered free of charge during a beta period. Features may change, and the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without guaranteed uptime. We may introduce paid plans in the future; we will give reasonable notice before charging for features you use.
6. Termination
You may stop using Flyers and delete your links at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the service or other users. Published links may stop resolving after termination.
7. Disclaimers & liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flyers is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (which, during the free beta, is zero).
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
