Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Flyers (operated by ARTZY) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Flyers you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

  • Account info. When you sign in with GitHub or Google, we receive basic profile details — typically your name, email address, and provider account id — to create and identify your account.
  • Content you publish. The HTML documents you publish and their settings (title, short code, password, expiry, version history).
  • Usage & technical data. Basic logs such as IP address, browser type, and request data, used to operate and secure the service.
  • Authentication tokens. When you sign in (including through an AI assistant connector), we issue and store an access token tied to your account so requests can be authorized on your behalf.

2. How we use information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the service;
  • to host and serve the links you publish;
  • to secure the service and prevent abuse; and
  • to communicate with you about your account or important changes.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Published content & visibility

Pages you publish are served at flyers.dev/<code> with a noindex header, so search engines do not index them. Anyone with the link can view a public page; you can restrict access with a password or an expiry. Drafts you keep locally are not uploaded until you publish.

4. Connecting Flyers to AI assistants (MCP connector)

You can connect Flyers to AI assistants such as Claude through our remote MCP connector. When you connect, you authorize the assistant — via a standard OAuth consent screen — to act on your behalf. The connector can then publish HTML you ask it to publish, list your links, and change their settings, using the same permissions as your own account. We receive the content you ask the assistant to publish and the requests it makes; we do not receive your conversations with the assistant. You can revoke access at any time by removing the connector in your assistant, or by contacting us to revoke the token.

5. Sub-processors & hosting

We use trusted infrastructure providers to run Flyers: Cloudflare (hosting, storage on D1/R2/KV, and edge delivery), PostHog (product analytics), and the identity providers you choose to sign in with (GitHub, Google). These providers process data on our behalf to deliver and improve the service.

6. Data retention

We keep your account information and published content for as long as your account is active. When you delete a link, it stops resolving; when you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with the law.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport and hashed passwords for protected links. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Flyers is not directed to children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
